These Terms govern entry to Intellectaa iChallenge, a global innovation challenge for school students organised by NanoThink Spectrum (OPC) Private Limited. By entering you accept these terms. Registered office: NanoThink Spectrum (OPC) Private Limited, No. 7/52C, Vettukattu, Palavilai, South Palavilai, Kollangodu, Vilavancode, Kanyakumari – 629160, Tamil Nadu, India.
1. Eligibility
Open to school students in grades 8–12 (or equivalent) worldwide. A parent or legal guardian must consent to the entry. One entry per student per edition.
2. Entry fee

Your entry is confirmed once the fee is paid. Students from low-income countries who face difficulty with the fee may write to us for a supported entry.
3. Entry requirements
- Maximum 1,500 words, in one of three formats: iExplain, iResearch or iBuild.
- The entry must be the student’s own original work.
- Use of AI tools must be disclosed honestly. Entries that appear wholesale AI-generated are disqualified.
4. Judging
Entries are judged by our editorial board on originality, scientific thinking, clarity, and impact and creativity. Judges’ decisions are final. The entry fee supports prizes and independent judging; it has no influence on results.

Gift prizes are delivered as an Amazon gift card for the winner’s country, or an equivalent transfer where unavailable. Winning entries are published after standard editorial review and require a signed parental consent form.
6. Disqualification
We may disqualify an entry that breaches the eligibility criteria or the originality requirements above.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the entry fee paid.
8. Governing law
Governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Tamil Nadu.
