This policy explains how we collect and use personal information in connection with Intellectaa iChallenge. We take particular care because most entrants are children.
What we collect

Children’s data and parental consent
Entrants are school students, most of whom are minors. We require a parent or guardian email at entry. If an entry wins and is to be published, a signed parental consent form is required first.
How we use it
- To judge entries and communicate results.
- To issue payment links and record payment of entry fees.
- To announce winners — name, grade, school and country may be published, with consent.
- To respond to enquiries about the challenge.
Who we share information with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers who help us run this challenge:

We may also disclose information where required by law.
How long we keep it
Records and correspondence are retained while the service operates. Consent forms are kept for as long as the associated article remains published. Unsuccessful enquiries are kept for up to two years.
Your rights
A parent or guardian may ask us to correct information, withdraw a submission, or delete data we hold about their child at any time before publication. After publication the record cannot be removed, though we will correct errors. Email ichallenge@intellectaa.com quoting your reference number.
Security
We use reputable service providers and restrict access to submission data to the editor and, where relevant, the editorial board. No online service can be guaranteed completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold.
