This policy explains when entry fees paid to Intellectaa iChallenge are refundable. Read it with our Terms and Conditions.
In short: entry fees are non-refundable once judging has begun. The exceptions below
apply and are honoured in full.
Entry fee
| Situation | Outcome |
|---|---|
| We cancel an edition of the challenge | Full refund of all entry fees for that edition. |
| An entry is found ineligible at initial screening and has not been judged | Full refund. |
| Duplicate or incorrect payment | Full refund of the excess amount. |
| Entrant withdraws after judging has begun | No refund. |
| Entry judged but not placed | No refund. All participants receive a certificate. |
How to request a refund
Email ichallenge@intellectaa.com with the entry reference, payment date and reason. We acknowledge refund requests within 3 working days.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 7 to 10 working days of approval. Applicable taxes are refunded with the fee.
